Over time, studying my natal chart and following the planetary cycles helped restore self-trust, clarify my direction, and create a sense of coherence where there had been none.

The Story Behind the Name
Lunar Nest is a bridge between the cosmos above and the ground beneath our feet. A sacred portal where insight can be integrated rather than idealized. A place to come home to yourself and cultivate your inner sanctuary, where you can always return long after a session ends.

The moon doesn’t generate light, it reflects it. When we look to the night sky, reality is reflected back to us from a different perspective we can not access during daylight hours. With the moon as our guide, we can illuminate emotional cycles, hidden truths, and the quieter forms of wisdom accessed through rest, reflection, and intuition.
Lunar energy is subtle, cyclical, and deeply tied to timing.
Nest
A nest is a sacred and safe space to rest, reflect, and be held. Nests are natural and made of earthy materials, but are often elevated, allowing for a higher perspective. A safe container for exploration, growth, and integrating the wisdom of the universe into our human experience.

Meet Liz O'Connor
An astrologer with a background in consulting,
psychology, & behavior change.
Astrology entered my life during a period of personal loss and major upheaval, when nothing I had built or planned for seemed to hold anymore. Studying my natal chart and the planetary cycles shaping that chapter of my life helped me recognize long-standing patterns, reconnect with my inner wisdom, and rebuild the internal foundation I needed to move forward.
Astrology didn't give me answers, it gave me a framework to make sense of my life and tend to issues of both the psyche and the soul. Today, I am deeply passionate about using Astrology to empower others on their own journey of personal evolution and spiritual growth.
With a Taurus North Node in the 10th House, my purpose in life is to build something stable, supportive, and enduring. Work that is both practically valuable and deeply nourishing.
My approach to astrology is deeply thoughtful, interactive, and practical. I don't believe in using the stars to override your agency. I believe in using them to strengthen it, so you can navigate life with more self-trust, discernment, and confidence in your own inner guidance.
